What Does A X-ray Report As Koch S Infection Indicate?

hi i just want to ask something i hope that you can help me. i just got my x-ray result today and the result says that PA view of the chest reveals patchy densities in the right apex. and the impression/conclusion: INFLAMMATORY PROCESS SUGGESTIVE OF KOCH S INFECTION, RIGHT APEX. What does it mean? Can you help me? I really need your advice.
