General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

A small amount of discharge is normal and is usually whitish in colour, but the yellowish discharge and in amounts described by you does indicate an abnormality. I would recommend a visit to your doctor especially if you are sexually active. Avoid all forms of sexual contact as this could either aggravate the condition or be the very cause for it.

Visit your doctor for a urine analysis and a vaginal swab test for further evaluation and diagnosis.

Best wishes.
