What Does Abdominal Distention While Suffering From Lung Cancer Indicate?

Had lung cancer diagnosis 2 yrs. ago, radiation and continue cancer free, recent CT and MRI indicate all is clear, however, feel like I’ve been kicked in right rib cage and side, with pain in back at times, for over 3 months, my abdomen is slightly distended and right side feels warmer than left. Recent weeks has shown a dry cough, dry skin and constipation doesn’t seem a problem. ????suggestions
