What Does Abdominal Pain After An Injury Indicate?

I took my nephew who is 5 years old to the ER tonight. He had fallen off the slide at the park today and hit his head. He didnt have a concussion however he has complained of belly pain. The ER said he was good to go. My question is should i have him checked again if the belly pain continues as i didnt see exacty how he fell?

Hello,

You can go for an ultrasound scan to look for any internal injuries or bleeding even though it is unlikely in his case.

As if he can take paracetamol syrup according to his body weight.
