What Does Abdominal Pain After Taking Contraceptive Pills Indicate?

I have a 5 month baby but I have been having unprotected sec but I used pills after and I used pills last week after the last one I had but I m feeling some kind of mild pain in my abdomen and breast tenderness and my period has not been regular since I gave birth so I wouldn t know if I m late or not
