What Does Abdominal Pain After Uterus Removal Indicate?

Hiello doctor I want to know best gynecologist doctor in chennai. My friend she is 35, feeling heavy pain in birth place. She is having 3 children s, she undergone female sterilisation at her 25th age itself, there the problem started. Since we r consulted with many doctors no use. At her 30th age in one hospital uterus removed.but no use.Finally we went to apollo chennai there they said that she s having syst in ovary, after the 6 months treatment they said that syst is gone. But still the pain is exist and white colour thing is ejecting from vagina. I m confused and frustrated pls advice me. I want a permanent solution for this..
