I ve been healing astomach ulcer for 8 months ,, this week I ve had constant pain in the abdomen areatoday mt stool looked like bright red blood in it ,, but I m not sure if it was something I eat or not ,,, since all food seems to go right through me

Hi,

That is a complication of ulcer so you have to consult your gastroenterologist and find the cause of bleed if it is from ulcer or somewhere else.
