What Does Abdominal Pain In Menopausal Person Indicate?

I am 62 yr old post menopausal woman who is experiencing occasional sharp pain in the lower right abdomen without rebound tenderness, or fever or vomiting or diarrhea. I am active and healthy otherwise. I have had C-section 30+ yrs ago and a tubal ligation.
