What Does Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Indicate?
Hello Dr, I have been feeling pain at the left side of my abdomen for some time, I diagnosed and asked to go for a scan. The result of the scan state as follow uss shows normal sized uterus with AP diameter of 4.1cm. The uterine outline is regular. The myometrial texture Is normal. Normal endometrial thickness. Both ovaries appear normal in size and structure. Adnexae bilaterally free. Pouch of Douglas is normal. No free pelvic collection sighted. No fibroid .no cyst, yes I saw or retained product of conception. Though the result is self explanatory but my concern is no free pelvic collection sighted, please what could that mean? Thanks

Free pelvic collection happens if it any other disease. You don't have to worry about that at all, products of conception will be gone through menstrual cycle.
