Hello,

First of all no need to worry for pancreas or other abdominal organs related pathology because your ultrasound and CT scan of abdomen are normal. Sometimes simple musculoskeletal pain can be the cause. And it is likely because you are also having vitamin D deficiency. So take vitamin D3 supplements. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
