Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you continue to have constipation it explains the pain you have. Constipation and meteorism hurts most of the time. Here are some advises I can give to you:
Use plenty of water, orange juice, apple juice.
Use daily: kiwi, fig jam, Muesli,
Avoid: bananas, fast food, eggs

Use fiber mix everyday and also your probiotic pill for short term. You can also try for short term senna tea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
