What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

I do have supressed menstrual periods due to tamoxifen. ..brown menses. ...recently I had lower pain on my right side I went for a scan and they said my uterus is bulky... (4.02cmAP) but no focal curvical masses...no fluid in the pouch of Douglas. .no fibroid but the endometrium is distorted with mild fluid inside. ...what would be the cause. ..could this be cancer?

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of cancer is very less but better to get done PAP smear.
If PAP smear is negative then no need to worry for cancer.
Possibility of hormonal imbalance is more likely.
So consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
