What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

i m having pain in my right side, for 10 months. the past 2 weeks seem to have gotten worse. I have frequent upset stomach, and irregular bowel issues. I ve been to the dr, and blood work came back normal, and I ve had a ct scan. I ve been referred to a gi specialist. what could be possible causes?
