What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?
I am having pain on right side of stomach area about 6 inches below waist. Early morning feel nauseate and not a lot of desire to eat. Along with that I am either constipated or have runny stools. It seems like something is blocking me from totally emptying my stomach. Any suggestions?
If pain is in right side stomach area, then it could be intestinal infection or gastroenteritis like condition. Symptomatic management along with antibiotic course can be prescribed for that.
For nausea, Domperidone or Ondem MD like drug can be prescribed. Maintain hydration with lots of water. Investigate with stool routine microscopic examination and ultrasonography abdomen for further work up.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
