What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

Hello Doctor, I have a pain in my stomach, right side just below the ribs, have taken several scans but they don t seem to ascertain what the problem could be, first scan, I was told I m developing sludge in my gall bladder, second scan they said it is gastric ulcers, third scan they said they cant find anything unusual but yet I still feel the pain, not often but at least twice or thrice a day, I will feel it
