General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This can be appendicitis, but it mostly comes with younger age, fever, leukocytosis, nausea, vomiting, and right iliac fossa or periumbilical pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
