What Does Abdominal Pain Radiating To Anus Along With Vomiting Indicate?

I am a 29 year old female 5'9'' and 312 pounds. i have been dealing with stomach pain since last friday went to the ed. Ct was done and revealed a bone like structure in my right side small bowel measuring 20mmx7mmx7mm. I have also been having vomiting and last night i started having lower abdominal pain severe radiating to my anus.

Welcome to healthcare magic! It looks like Acute appendicitis, inflammation of appendix. Do you pain and tenderness on the right lower side of abdomen? Consult surgeon immediately, because if it is appendicitis and not dealt timely, can cause major complications.
