What Does Abdominal Pain Under The Rib Cage Indicate?

my stomach is in pain. It is right in the middle under my rib cage. There is no relief. I have tired antacids, pepto, and even throwing up. The pain is about 6. My only option is er and I don t want to waste their time of its nothing. It s a burn in pain.
