What Does Abdominal Pain With Puss Cells In Urine During Pregnancy Suggest?
My wife is in the 29th week of pregnancy, this is her first pregnancy, her age is 26. for last 4 days she is having pain in lower abdomin, she got urine test done and it shows 25 pus cells. Is this normal and can be treated? hope this will not have any complications during pregnancy.
Her gynaecologist has prescribed her proluton depot on a weekly basis, duvadinal retard daily 2 for 2 weeks.
in the second month of pregnancy she had sub chorional hamerrohage which got treated and got cured.
Please suggest

It suggesrs an infection which is quite commonly enciuntered in pregnancy. A urine culture and sensitivity investigation would greatly help in treating her, please consult her doctor with the report for further management.
