What Does Abnormal Audiogram And Tympanometry Result Indicate?

I have severe vertigo and ringing in the ears and audiogram test came back abnormal now today ever since I got home my pulse has been 112, 110 and can feel it beating real hard I am a week away from my menstrual cycle and am 45 years old what could be going on also my tympanometry was abnormal

Hello,

As your Audiometry and tympanometry are abnormal you shall share what exactly they read. Further your pulse rate are also too high.

There may be labrynthine disorder or inner ear problem. Advise:

1. Have proper and thorough ENT and General examination
2. Imaging sos
3. Vestibulometry to establish diagnosis

General advise:

1. Avoid straneous work or exercises
2. Take good nutritious diet
3. Meditation and/or yoga.
