What Does Absence Of Fetal Heart Rate At 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy Suggest?

hello my name is kory and my doctor estimated that I am about 8w pregnant now but we cant fin a featl poll or heart beat there is a sac and a yoke but nothing else my hcg and progesterone levels r rising an I ont understand whats going on an neither do my doctors ? I was hoping u could shed some light on what might be going on the sac is in my uterus so that ruled out a eptopic pregnancy Im just so worried an don t know what to do ?

Hello,

I think the pregnancy is progressing well since progesterone and bHcg is increasing. The fact that can't identify heartbeat means that fertilization may have happened later then 8 weeks so it is to early to identify heart beat.
