What Does Absence Of Follicle In Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Hi..I am 42yrs old, 5'3'' & 72kg. Married in 2008. Medical history...has fibroid removed last year May 2010. Trying to conceive..had uterus scan on 10th day of period, but was informed that there is no activities..no follicle..is this means my chances of conceive is slim to none..or what?
