What Does Absence Of Follicles Indicate In An Ultrasound Test?

Dear doctor I am 37 years old my marriage on 35 years i got pregnant after 1 year and it is miscarried..now we r consulting in an infertility clinic..done hsg tubes and uterus are normal ....after last LMP on 11th day the doctor scanned and saw an of 1cm size after 4 days again scanned and said no follicles seen what is it mean..please give an explanation

Hello,

There is an ovulation failure. Follicles rupture to release ovum which gets fertilized and implanted. You need hormonal analysis and supervised treatment by an infertility specialist.
