Hi, my LMP is 28. And my periods are regular on date.. But this time I got spotting brown discharge before a week.. Yesterday I had pregnancy test but that was showing negative.. Doctors gave me medicine for periods.. But still I didn t get it.. Is there any chance to conceive?? We are going through Ayurvedic treatment..

Ayurveda does not help much in this condition.

Consult a gynaecologist and start on hormonal pills to induce bleeding.
