What Does Absence Of Periods After Stopping Crisanta Suggest?

I am taking crisanta from the past 2 and a half years and each time periods came at the 6th day. But now I stopped taking crisanta on Sunday (done full course) on Monday I had sex (unprotected sex but no ejaculation had been). But on Saturday periods didn t happen which is a serious thing and no discharge is there. please tell me the solution of this problem.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it might be related to hormonal changes after stopping Crisanta. It was this medication that kept your periods being regular. You should wait and see the periods to come in the following days. If no periods in 10 days time, then, take pregnancy test (although I doubt it's pregnancy as no ejaculation inside). If negative, then, discuss with gynecologist for further tests and management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
