What Does Absence Of Periods After Taking Unwanted 72 Suggest?

hello Ma am I did (unplanned) unprotected sexual intercourse with my wife on 11th April this month. after that my wife consumed un wanted 72 within a period of 5 hrs. Her monthly cycle scheduled to be whether on 15th or 16thy april. but till 20th april her mestural cycle dont occur. its the 10th day of consumed unwanted 72. till now, there is no bleeding. please tell me ma am what should we do in this matter.
