What Does Active Motile Sperms-52% In Semen Analysis Mean?
My Semen Analysis report is: Volume-2.8ml, pH-8.0, Appearance-Normal, Liquefaction time-normal., Viscosity-Normal, WBCconc-1.0mil/mlTotal aperm count-116M/ml, Active Motile-52%, immotility-40%, Normal morphology-40,% . What does it mean? My wife is not getting pregnant from last 1years since marriage. Do I need to consult urologist?

Active motile sperm means this sperms have ability to reach the ovum after intercourse. 52% motile means its normal.
Do intercourse between 12-16 days of menstruation which increase the possibility of conceive the baby. Despite this you have problem than consult good gynecologist.
