First question that I would have asked is why the USG was done?
Grade 1 renal parenchymal changes mean possibility of early medical
renal disease. However, if the kidney size is normal (more than 7 cm in length), a chronic renal disease/failure is not likely.
Renal failure CANNOT be diagnosed by USG alone, please get a creatinine report and nephrology consultation.
If the size of renal calculus is small (less than 0.6 mm) it may pass spontaneously. Single renal cyst needs nothing more than follow up.
Grade 1 fatty liver is a fairly common finding in people with sedentary lifestyle. It does not necessarily indicate hepatitis. If you have acute upper abdomen pain, lethargy, loss of appetite, jaundice and other symptoms of hepatitis, then only it is a possibility, otherwise not. More commonly a fatty liver is due to sedentary life, diabetes,
high cholesterol, alcoholism and
malnutrition. Please get a gastroenterology consult and check your blood sugar and
lipid profile. Gall bladder wall edema can be a non-specific finding or may be seen in hepatitis.
Have a nice day!
