What Does Amniotic Fliuid Is Normal, Fetal Movement Indicate?

I had my ultrasound last friday and it says that in fetal lie: cephalic, placental location, grade: posterior, I, amniotic fliuid is normal, fetal movement: strong, spontaneous, cardiac activity: 140 bpm. the measurement is; BPD:61.6mm, HC:239mm, AC:214mm, FL:47.8 and EFBW:868g. the average gestational stage is 25 weeks 5 days. i want to know is this all normal? what can you advice to me when it comes to position of sleeping and food to eat? thank you

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Amniotic fluid is a liquid present around the foetus / baby - which is been swallowed by the foetus and pass out the same.
2. Fetal moments are monitored at the time of the scan - which will evaluate the foetal well being.
3.Heart rate / cardiac activity is monitored / measured at the time of scan - High and low to be taken care - in your case its normal.
4.Your parameters / measurements are corresponding to the gestational age.
5.You don't have to do any thing for the sake of foetal position and you can maintain the comfortable position for you.
6.Take healthy food, avoid junk,spicy food, take plenty of fruits and salads. Good luck.
