What Does An ANA Of 1:40 In A Breast Cancer Patient Suggest?

What might an ANA test of 1:40 mean, and should I be worried. I am a breast cancer patient still under treatment with Herceptin and am very anxious about being told today that my ANA results were high measuring 1:40. I don't even know what that means.

Your clinical correlation with detail history and physical examination is necessary ...

If SLE that is systemic lupus erythematus like multisystemic disease suspected than antidsDNA like specific test done(rash present in this disease mainly)

Meanwhile follow your oncosurgeon advise and continue treatment for Breast cancer
