What Does An HGH Level Of 1.45 Mean?

I am a 71 year old male, in pretty good shape, 6 2 220 lbs. Two major issues, I have idiopathic sensory neuropathy that start 50 years ago. I just live with it. I also have rheumatoid arthritis for which I take methotrexate and I give myself a shot of Cimzia every two weeks. My question is, I feel like I am no longer have interest in sexual activities. Testosterone level, 490. What makes it bad is that I just don t care. I have been on androgel but the price is too high now. I had blood tests done last week. Everything in order. Now here is the deal my HGH level was 1.45. What does that mean? Reading about this on the web is impossible for my withering brain. Info would be great
