What Does An HSG Report Stating Uterine Cavity Remains Normal In Outline, And Both Fallopian Tubes Opacify Normally Indicate?

Hello. My hsg states: uterine cavity remains normal in outline. Both fallopin tubes opacify normally. There is scant spillage in the right tube nd well contained spillage in left tube. Impression right fimbrial stenosis. Features suspicious of left peritubal adhesions. Please advise

The hysterosalpingography (HSG) report suggests that there is stenosis or blockage of the distal or farther end of the left fallopian tube. Blockage of this type can occur after pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Stenosis or blockage can cause difficulty in conception.
