What Does An Anterior Intramural Uterine Fibroid Mean?

hi I am 45 yrs of age my symptoms are irregular bleeding, my periods are very heavy & last up to 10days & massive cramps which affects me getting out of bed. I also inbetween my period. I have lost my sex drive. Benson radiology says there is a 1.5cm diameter anterior intra mural uterine fiibroid.that i don't understand the meaning of as well.
