What Does An Elevated RDW-CV With IGG Lambda And Endocrinopathy Mean?

I have had MGUS for about 2 years. I have had severe bone pain in my neck, knees, lower back and arms and hands for about 2.5. My arms and hands fall asleep all the time. My left pinky (finger) has been completely numb for about 6 months now. I just got back my 6th month blood work and I dont understand what elevated RDW-CV means. I also have elevated WBC and im not sick I just hurt. My M spike has risen as well. I also have IGG Lambda and endocronopathy (small leison on pituitary gland secreting prolactin). I dont understand any of this. My Dr. doesnt expain things very well to me. Should I be concerned at all about any sort of progression?
