What Does An Endometrial Thickness Of 3.6 Post Miscarriage Suggest?
I had a miscarriage at 18 weeks, followed by delivery and manual removal of placenta. two month later went for an ultrasound on cd19, my endometrium lining was 3.6mm. I didnt ovulate this cycle. Reading online the causes could be damaged basal endometrium layer, adhesions, or simply hormone imbalance. My Ob is not concerned, but I am very scared. when should I test for hormones?

well its too early to start manses after delivery, it may take 6 to 8 months after delivery or till the time lady feeds with breast milk. as far as your changes in endometrium is concerned I would suggest you to take Dashmula Kwath and Prataplankeshwar, before starting them please get due consultation with ayurvedic physician. I personally opine that it is due to hormonal changes due to delivery these medicine will help to recover from changes of delivery
