General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Endometrium of 37 mm thickness is very very thick. It is called severe grade endometrial hyperplasia. It needs to be evaluated by endometrial biopsy, which has been done. Only based on histo-pathology report, it could be diagnosed what it could be. Report will tell us weather it is due to cancer or not.
Other findings related to uterus and ovary appear to be normal.
Bleeding will happen for sometime because if biopsy pricedure and will stop gradually.
Kindly wait for the report and then take Gynecologist opinion.
Wish you all the best.
