What Does An Endometrium Thickness Of 7.3mm And Right Premature Follicule Ruptured Mean ?

i had done my follicular monitoring on 12th day it shows 7.3mm endometrium and rt premature follicule is ruptured. rt folilicle with size 1.44*0.76*0.46 and left with size 1.15*0.16
