What Does An Extra Flap Of Skin Below The Penis Indicate?

My entire life I have had a extra flap of skin on the bottom of penis from end to head, I am uncircumcised & 40 years old, my wife always found it odd. I asked my father and he said I have had this my entire life. However I started some online research and cannot find anything, everyone says a fremelum however it definitely isn t. As I said it s a line of skin, that can be moved left or right freely, with no pain or discomfort.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Extra flap of skin below your penis can be considered as normal. Some people have it as an extra skin appendage. If it is not causing any discomfort for your routine activities like urination or sexual activities, you can leave it as it is. If it is bothering you in some other way, you can get it removed by consulting a plastic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
