What Does An Indentation On Forehead Indicate?

At the beginning of my base hair line, lined up with my nose I have a indentation about 3/8inch wide 1/4 inch deep and is approximately 1 1/2 long. It goes straight up my head. It has a tingling feeling sometimes. What could be the cause of that? It just started couple days ago.

IF THERE IS HISTORY OF INJURY THEN MRI CAN BE TAKEN AND CONSULT NEUROLOGIST. OTHER WISE NO TREATMENT IS REQUERED. NEUROSURGEON CAN EXAMINE AND GIVE OPINION ON DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT TINGLING SENSATION CAN BE NEUROLOGICAL.
