What Does An Indentation On The Hip Indicate?
I have an indentation ,sunk in spot, just on the upper part of my right hip in the back. My rt hip has been very painful lately. The indentation is about an inch wide. My doctor told me it was from a shot, only I don t think so. I can put the first digit in it. What do you suggest?

I suggest consulting with the doctor who runs the shot, Xray of the hip. Ultrasound of soft tissue if it was from the shot.
Apply alternating warm and cold compresses locally. Do not forget to keep following up with your orthopaedic specialist.
