What Does An Indentation On The Lower Back Indicate?

Hi, I developed a large dent in my lower back/hip while I was in Jamaica in October. Here I am four months later and it is still there. There isn t noticeable pain at all and i never got an injury that could have caused it. I just have no idea what could have caused this?
