What Does An Insect In Stool Indicate?

Hi Dr., I just had a bowel movement and when flushing, it appeared to have an insect in my stool- long legs, looking like a centipede?? Only way I can describe it. I am dating a man who is a lawyer and owns a bar and grille. Eat there a lot. Also, his comforter on bed is dirty. Looks like dirt. No sex. Also, Boyfriend is an ex-cancer patient. Viral base of the tongue cancer. Got clea bill of health. BUT Can t eat solid foods, has been on boost, got sick of that, now just drinking chocolate milk and egg nog when available. Always on toilet with runs, I sometimes use his bathroom. Lastly, MAYBE bug was in toilet water before bowel movement?? Not so sure....
