What Does An Itchy And Painful Rash On The Back Indicate?

yes I had shingles twice and it seems I have it again. Went to the doc this morning and there is a rash on my back that hurt and itches the blood test will come back sometime tomorrow in the meantime something strange happen to my left ear it is hurting and feels funny with kind of painful on my left head?

welcome to hcm ..shingles or herpes zoster may affect ear also ..please donot put anything like oil in ear and no rubbing of ear as herpes lesions may be secondarily infected ,, after test report take proper dosage of antiviral drug as pencyclovir etc as prescribed by your doctor ..in mean time you may take any painkiller ..
