What Does An Itchy Bump On Base Of Neck Indicate?
at the base of my neck I have a very itch bumpy like condition that wont stop itching and its driving me crazy I have used rubbing alchole creams you name it and nothing helps what can I do? i am at my whits end never mind i didn t know you had to pay and i absolutely haven t any money at all and no credit cards either im sorry i bothered you please ignore my request

On a second thought, your skin condition seems to be what we call lichen simplex chronicus. Apply a mid potent steroid like mometasone for 2 weeks. And, stick to "no itching" policy. Itching makes it worse only. Try to control your urge and you would do well.
