General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a fungal infection. A physical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. If the diagnosis is confirmed I recommend using an antifungal cream for local application such as Miconazole cream. I also recommend good hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
