What Does An Ovarian Cyst On An Ultrasound Mean?

hi i ve done a medical check (ultrasound pelvis fo uterus and ovaries the results are:

bulky uterus

two,ill defined ,hypo echoic solid leisons in uterine anterior wall 37 by 27 mm and 15 by 15 mm (fibromas?)

LTvarian cyst 19 multibly 19 mm

what does this mean?

is it dangerous?
