It is possible you have a urinary tract infection which can be treated by antibiotics. The RBCs may be due to the infection, renal stone. Drink plenty of water to reduce the infection symptoms. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables. Do you have back pain. You may speak to your Gynaecologist regarding this possibility and get an ultrasound done.
