u/s results 4.4 * 1.4 cm anechoic tubular cystic structure in left adnexa, right ovary measures 15 ml both ovaries have multiple follicles. what does this mean. age: 25yrs, ht 5feet, 5inches, wt 121lbs. Diagnosed with PID 2/7 ago after severe abdomino-pelvic pain along with right flank pain made worst on micturition. Presently being treated for the PID, UTI and Yeast infection.
