What Does Anteverted Uterus And Hemorrhagic Cyst Suggest?

Pls help me about this: My uterus is anti-verted and normal shape. The length is 10.2 cm, mildly bulky and width 6.1 cm AP thickness is 4.6 cm. The endometrium is thick 14.0 mm ans well identified and centrally placed. The myometrium looks inhomogeneous and the layers can NOT be distinguish. The outline of the uterus is well demarcated as the bladder was well distended. Right adnexa has a complex cyst, may be a hemorrhagic cyst. Cervix is moderately bulky 3.6 cm.
