What Does Backache Along With Burning Sensation In The Stomach Indicate?

I have pain in my side and back which also radiates in my stomach as well. My energy level is low. I sometime feel a burning sensation in my stomach. What signs should I look for regarding my kidneys?

Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that pain in the sides and back may point towards a diagnosis of renal stone. Associated symptoms may be increased frequency of urination, pain during urination. You said you have burning sensation in the stomach which may also mean that you are suffering from gastric ulcer which may also be the cause of pain in the back and sides.
